Carlyn's Passions
Where I'm going
I aim to value and support young people in the Washington DC area and to help them be mature, responsible adults who are driven by Christ-like love to do positive and amazing things for others. Although I do this on small scales now, I expect to soon do this on larger scales through creating a non-profit organization. I intend to use real-estate investing techniques as well as donars to fund this endevour.
or
to help CarlynCarlyn's Support Statement:
1. Advise for writing up and refining a non-profit business plan to be implemented in DC.
2. Information on how to secure financing for non-profit, Christ-driven programs.
3. One way that I am working to fund this envevor is through real-estate investing. Any contact information for people who are in a situation in which want to sell a run-down house they own in DC very soon would help my investing A LOT.
